All items purchased from this site remain the property of Wilderness 1-2-1 until all payments have been received.
Courses purchased through this site may be offered by one of our partners. You will be contacted by the provider directly and will be sent their terms and conditions, joining instructions and sign up forms. Please contact us if you have any queries.
Any goods or services purchased through this site that are supplied by third parties are the responsibility of the purchaser and the supplier. We will do our best to help you resolve any issues that you may encounter and are always interested in your feedback.
No edged tools will be supplied to persons who are, or appear to be under the age of 18. Customers have the responsibility to ensure that they use edged tools safely and appropriately. Wilderness 1-2-1 can not take responsibility for the actions of its customers.
No responsibility will be taken for items lost or delayed within the postal/shipping system. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time then please contact us. We will do our best to help track deliveries and can explain specific lost item procedures on request.
Due to the nature of our business, we are often away from the office. If you have a specific delivery deadline then please call us for information - leaving an appropriate message.
In the unfortunate event that you may not be satisfied with any products, please contact us as soon as you can. Any goods returned for legitimate reasons will be refunded on receipt and verification of condition. Special order items are subject to separate rules, please contact us for details. Items that are not faulty must be shipped at the owner’s expense and original shipping may not be credited.
